Heaven's Fudge has a trade secret or six about how we make our fudge.

But its no secret that Heaven's Fudge is made from scratch and we use high quality ingredients.

Heaven's Fudge is not made from a mix that comes in a bag from a franchiser headquarters.    No, "Just add water, heat and stir," for our fudge.

Risking life and limb, we boil milk, cream, butter and sugar to the right temperature to make fudge.  Then, at the right time, we add the other ingredients.

After stirring the mixture with a paddle until our arms are ready to fall off the fudge mixture is poured onto a marble cooling slab.  

When everything looks right, we shape the fudge let it cool.  

Well...almost.  

Before each batch of Heaven's Fudge is completely cooled it's taste tested.

Straws are drawn to see who gets to taste the fudge.  Not really.  A variety of people take turns taste testing Heaven's Fudge.  They check the flavor, texture and consistency of each batch.  

When the fudge is tested and approved, then completely cooled.  Then it's boxed.

Cutting fudge is an art not a science.  So while a box of Heaven's Fudge may weigh more than you ordered, by a little,...it will never weigh less.

Our Fudge is created from expensive, high quality ingredients.

We use the hot boil method when we make Heaven's Fudge.

Never do we heat up some artificial flavored ingredient and pour them into a pan and say, "Fresh fudge is ready!"  No, we take the time to make our fudge the right way.
