They are stirred into a boiling mixture of cane sugar, creamy butter, wholesome milk, and velvety cream. This roux is the for an extraordinary chocolaty fudge.
Walnut meats selected for their mellow flavor are stirred into the hot fudge along with a deliberate splash of pure vanilla extract.
Half of the blend is spooned into a shaping pan. Then fluffy, gooey marshmallows are dropped across the surface.
The remainder of the double chocolate fudge mixture is smoothed over the top.
